• http://drive.google.com 접속 후, gmail 계정으로 로그인
• Go to http://drive.google.com and log it with your gmail account.
• 좌측 상단 > 만들기 > 양식 클릭
• Upper Left > Create > click 'Form' 

질문 항목 입력하기 .. Create survey questions

• 질문 제목 입력 - Question
• 필요하면 도움말 입력 - Additional guideline for answering
• 질문 유형 선택 - Choose the type of answers
• 질문 유형에 따른 추가정보 입력 - Additional .

설문지 뿌리기 .. Spread the survey

• 본문에 넣기     .. insert into a webpage
